While the experiment is not a peer-reviewed scientific study, since factors like caffeine intake, sleep quality, and the sheer dread of the meeting topic itself were not perfectly isolated, it provides a beautifully mathematical validation of workplace frustration.

Corporate culture has spent decades pushing wellness apps and meditation, yet the ultimate stress relief might just be a simple regression analysis that proves some people are bad for human health.
