Russian office software developer МойОфис posts 8.82B ruble loss for 2025
Новые облачные технологии revised its 2025 financial statements, nearly doubling its net loss as revenue dropped by half amid ongoing restructuring.
Russian office software developer Новые облачные технологии, known for the МойОфис suite, reported a net loss of 8.82 billion rubles for the 2025 financial year, according to data from the state reporting resource.
The company revised its accounting statements on June 18. In the previous version, the net loss was listed at 4.02 billion rubles. Revenue remained unchanged at 1.02 billion rubles, marking a 49.5% decline compared to 2024. The revised report explains that the adjusted loss stems largely from changes in the accounting of intangible assets, with nearly 4.87 billion rubles shifted into other expenses, which grew to 7.39 billion rubles from 335 million rubles.
A company representative told media that the restatement is a technical procedure that does not impact ongoing operations, product releases, or client obligations. However, legal experts interviewed by journalists noted that moving billions out of intangible assets typically signals a reassessment of whether those assets can generate future economic benefits or whether their initial capitalization was justified.
The financial strain follows earlier media reports regarding workforce reductions, structural reorganizations, and debt obligations exceeding 24 billion rubles owed to majority shareholder Лаборатория Касперского.
