Nvidia plans a 1-trillion parameter open AI beast Nemotron 4

The tech giant officially confirmed the development of Nemotron 4, a massive frontier model designed to dwarf its predecessor, Nemotron 3 Ultra, by roughly double the size. Final training for this trillion-parameter behemoth has not started yet, with an expected release date scheduled no earlier than late autumn.
