These special numbers, featuring a triple-five combination, will be handed out throughout 2026 to anyone under twenty who managed to survive the academic meat grinder.

This state-sponsored flexing is facilitated by two local mobile operators, MegaFon and Yota. To claim this ultimate badge of academic honor, teenagers have to submit an application and officially prove their exam scores, while those on other networks must first go through the joy of changing their telecom provider.

The government decided that a shiny digital sequence is the ultimate compensation for severe academic burnout. Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov praised the initiative, claiming these scores are the foundation for future great achievements, apparently starting with slightly more memorable spam calls. According to initial exam results, 933 graduates hit the 200-point mark, while 76 scored 300, eight reached 400, and exactly one super-student managed a flawless 500-point run.

This absolute champion of standardized testing is Ekaterina Malkova from a Moscow school. She became the first person in the 25-year history of the exam to ace five different subjects, including Chemistry, Physics, and Computer Science, securing a legendary score that now guarantees her some very aesthetic digits on a SIM card.

Decades of educational development have culminated in treating basic telecom vanity metrics as premium state awards.
